Refund & Return Policy

At Democracy Masks, every mask is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
